Venison Meatloaf - Daryl Haid

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Ground Venison

1 Pound Pork Sausage

1/4 Cup crushed crackers

1/2 Cup finely chopped onions

2 1/2 Oz  Sliced Mushrooms

1 Tblspn Mustard

1 Slightly beaten egg

1/3 Cup catsup

1/2 Tspn Garlic  salt

1/4 Tspn Pepper

1 Tblspn Worchestershire sauce

1 Tblspn A-1 Steak sauce

1/2 Tspn Curry powder

1/3 Cup grated cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf, in 13" X 9"X 2" baking dish. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees, for one hours let meatloaf standfor at least five minutes before slicing.
