Pound ground venison

Large onion - chopped

large green pepper - chopped

Tblspns bacon grease

NO. 2 1/2 can of tomatoes cut in small pieces - Retain liquid

1/2 Tspn salt
Dash
paprika
Dash
cayenne pepper

or 4 whole cloves

Bay leaf
1
or 2 Tblspns chili powder
1/4
Cup red wine
2
Small cans of kidney or chili beans - Drain and retain liquid
DIRECTIONS:
Brown
meat, onions, and green pepper in hot bacon grease.
Add
tomatoes and seasonings.
Add
tomato liquid and liquid drained from beans.
Add
wine, simmer for two hours, adding water if necessary.
Add
beans and heat thoroughly.
